SafeDesk is focused on developing software platforms for "cloud-enabled" Server-Client architectures. The SafeDesk ManagedPC platform is being utilized by broadband providers, data-center operators and large enterprises across Wide-Area Networks as a managed service.
With nearly a decade of company sales and service experience in the Education and Small Business markets, SafeDesk has refined the platform and supporting technology. SafeDesk's Terminal Server and corresponding Open-Source Terminal Server have been installed over 1000 times and had tens of thousands of overall users both domestically and worldwide.
SafeDesk was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Washington State with an additional development office in Southern California.
As our world is becoming increasingly more connected, SafeDesk is passionate about bringing the new paradigm of "managed computing" to people everywhere. We believe the current models for PC deployment are fundamentally broken as web-based applications are becoming more prevalent and Software as a Service is proving that it is here to stay.
